- USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
- USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
- USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
We use USPS for shipping your orders. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
LuxeBabeFashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 1-3 days to ship out plus 6-21 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note: LuxeBabe is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to LuxeBabe Fashion and cannot be refunded or resent.
Attention Shoppers: It is very important to make sure the correct shipping address is left at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address as is, addresses are not altered or modified. If the package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, a 5.00 reship fee will be applied to send the order a second time. If the package is mis-delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address left at checkout it is non-refundable.
Refunds & Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact LUXEBABEFASHION within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please send your product back to the address on your receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You will be Responsible for Paying your own Shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are NOT refundable!
